The Australian Customs Service needed a control room in Fremantle, Western Australia (WA) refitted. Customs needed a dependable and proven contractor to fix their highly confidential and sensitive premises.
With Customs being one of KWMC’s major clients, travelling to WA to complete a job was not a problem.
After experiencing the high standard of service and maintenance KWMC provided during the National Waterfront Project, and after comparison of competitive quotations, Customs selected KWMC to equip premises in Fremantle.
The project involved refitting a control room that would continue to provide visual access to and monitoring of ports around WA. Given the size of WA, the control centre is an integral part of monitoring Australia’s ports.
KWMC have proven to our customer that we have in-built expertise to undertake projects outside our state. We are highly reliable and deliver works to Customs’ exceptionally high standards.
Having retained, maintained and expanded our business relationship with Customs since 2000, we have demonstrated our technical ability, experience, quality of our work and more importantly our commitment to building a reliable, long-term customer relationship.
As a result of continually meeting Customs high standards, KWMC have now completed various projects for Customs in Port Hedland, WA and in Darwin, Northern Territory.
